The Emirates Airline Festival of Literature is turning 10 tomorrow and as we open the doors to our milestone Festival this weekend we wanted to take a minute from the pre-Festival madness to say Thank You. It has been a journey that has been fuelled not only by our passion but also by the endless passion of our supporters and sponsors.

Over the years we have welcomed thousands of visitors, hosted more than 1000 authors and held unforgettable sessions. We have grown without forgetting why this Festival was started, to foster a love of reading and to celebrate the written and spoken word.

So, as #DubaiLitFest turns 10, explore what we have on offer this year and come celebrate with us.

From fiction writers to memoirists, worldshapers to changemakers, food legends to comic book writers and illustrators – we have gathered a wealth of talent under one roof. Don’t miss out!

With more than 250 sessions over 10 days, there is still time to discover more authors, grab those last few tickets and maximise your experience. Head over to the Box Office by the main entrance at lobby level.

10th Anniversary Commemorative Book

We’re celebrating turning 10 with a book to remember. For the Love of Words features eighty-four inspirational voices from the Emirates Airline Festival of Literature.

This anthology is a collection of articles, poems, short stories and illustrations that celebrates the love of words. Get your copy at the Festival Magrudy’s bookstore.

Get Your Book Signed

Join the signing queue after your session!

This is your opportunity to say a few words and have your book signed by your favourite authors. Authors will only sign books so be sure to have yours ready!

The Festival Bookshop

The Festival store is packed with books by our 2018 authors, giving you the opportunity to buy the work of an author you have newly discovered at the Festival, or to buy that last minute book to join the signing queue!
